Pass the talent please

My dad used to draw a little and I used to draw a lot. When my daughter was 10, we were drawing a pictures of horses from a book. We both drew a picture of the same horse. Given the difference in experience, mine was better but hers wasn’t too bad. The shocker to me was her perspective on it. After she looked at them side by side for a moment, she said “Mine is almost as good as yours and I’m only 10. Imagine how much better my drawings will be when I’m older”. That blew my mind. She’s done quite a few drawings since then and has even been paid for several. Here’s one of Adam Lambert she did for a friend. I definately think that she has surpassed my abilities and of course, I’m very proud of that 😉
